White house near the North Sea, apartment Flut (upper floor)

We extensively renovated and refurbished a spacious house and completed it in 2019. A small sauna is built into a bathroom to provide pleasant comfort, especially in the transitional periods and in winter. The house is about 1500 m from Friesenstrand in Tossens, near Center Park. The space 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen with all amenities and a living room, dining room and a nice large balcony offer plenty of space for up to 8 people. Guest access There are 2 apartments in the house. This is located on the 2nd floor and has its own entrance.
