Gites de St Leon, 18 person with private pool

Saint Léon is a beautiful large farmhouse that can comfortably sleep 18 in a calm hamlet located near the town of Languidic, ideal for exploring all Brittany's Morbihan region has to offer. However with garden and private pool with it's has a fully retractable pool cover you may prefer to just relax here. The space This impressive Maison de Maitre in St Leon that has been restored to a very high standard. It can sleep 16 in the 8 bedrooms, seven of which are ensuite the eighth having a bathroom just next door. It has a fully equipped kitchen dining room, a second kitchen, large sitting room and a dining room with a talbe for 16 people. Outside the private terraces have garden furniture and barbecues. There is a laundry room. Within the half acre fenced garden there is a shaded play area and a private swimming pool with a retracable cover that is fenced and alarmed. The swimming pool is 5 x 11 m. It is open daily from 09:00 to 22:00 from the end of April until the end of September. It is heated to a minimum of 23° during these months. We will remove and replace the cover according to the weather during your stay. Other things to note We are open to family or friendly groups who agree to respect the premises and the neighbourhood. Bed Linens are included but not Towels, these are available to hire if required. The gites should be returned in the state they were found, if not an end of stay clean can be arranged for 180€ Our agreed maximum capacity on the whole premises must be respected at all times during a stay both day and night. The charging of electric vehicles is not allowed.
