Large kitchen with dining area, includes ñ cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. 1st Floor: Three Double bedrooms, Master bedroom with Queen sized bed and en-suite shower with shower, WC and wash basin. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have twin beds. Family bathroom with bath and over head shower, WC and wash basin. South facing patio area with BBQ and garden furniture. (Cot and highchair available) Other things to note Earliest arrival time is 4pm, Latest check out is 10am End of stay clean is not included in price. Bed Linens are included NOT TOWELS. Our Change over day is Saturday during the months of June, July and August - can be flexible the rest of the year.
