Our cute 2 bedroom cottage, a part of Mihaila Seaside Village, locates just 50 m from picturesque Spartia beach offering 2 bedrooms, living room with an open-plan kitchen, glassed-in veranda, bathroom with WC/shower and lovely green yard around. It is designed for 4-6 people. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other - 2 single beds. On the veranda, there is 1 more single bed, where the 5th guest can quite comfortably settle down. The 6th guest could use a cot. The bungalow is located on a spacious, full of greenery, fenced territory. In the house, there are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen area and seating area, bathroom with a shower, veranda. The villa is designed for 4 guests. One of the bedrooms offers a double bed, the other - two single beds. For the fifth guest, there is a comfortable bed on a glazed veranda. If necessary and by prior arrangement, we will provide an extra bed for the sixth guest. The kitchen area is well equipped. There is also a dining table. The relaxation area will offer you a comfortable sofa, armchair, coffee table. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, WC. In the courtyard there is a barbecue, a nice table with chairs, where you can comfortably spend time with family or friends. In season, our guests can enjoy the apricots that grow on site. If you need a washing machine, you will find it in a kiosk in the parking lot opposite the villa. The picturesque beach is a couple of minutes walk. The lagoon is sheltered from the waves and will delight you with the sandy coast. Families with children, we believe, will appreciate the warm, shallow water. The lagoon is framed by several rocks, which will bring a lot of joy to cliff jumpers and those who love snorkeling. The nearest shops are in the center of Spartia, about 2 km from the house. The road goes pretty steep uphill. You can order everything you need by phone. Delivery is free. Nevertheless, we recommend having a car: this will give you a wonderful opportunity to explore our stunningly beautiful island! At a distance of 50-100 m you will find a restaurant, bar and tavern, where you will be offered dishes for every taste. The whole plot is at your disposal. You also can use a washing machine that is located at the parking place in front of the bungalow. Other things to note - Upon your request, we can help you with a car hire or transfer from the airport. - The beach is very close while the center of Spartia is 2 km away and the road goes up to the hill. Thus, we would recommend you to hire a car: it will allow to reach local amenities in 3 min and explore numerous Kefalonia beaches. - We kindly ask you to smoke outside the cottage.
