In the heart of a wooded estate, charming stone and industrial touches, living room on the top floor with terrace, enjoy the beautiful ceiling height, brightness, view of the pine trees and its beautiful sunset, while listening to the song of birds and cicadas. Unique thanks to its private access to the park and its activities, 10/15 minutes from Montpellier and the beaches. The space The accommodation * L 'Echo des Cicadas * sleeps up to 8 people max. However, we advise for your comfort to be 6 people maximum if you plan to stay in the accommodation and want to enjoy the space. Expected capacity following the many requests from guests, in relation to their budget/large family/occasion/event and therefore, more for sleeping only and allowing those who dare not ask to be able to enjoy it too. If you are more than 6 guests, an additional charge of €15/person/night beyond 6 people will be automatically added to your reservation which will include the necessary for an extra bed (mattress on the floor with pillow/duvet/sheet, towel, etc.). If there are 6 or fewer guests, you will have the double beds, i.e. the 2 bedrooms prepared and the sofa bed depending on the number of guests. If you wish to have the necessary for additional sleeping arrangements (sofa or mattress under the beds), an additional €15/sleeping/stay will be requested upon your reservation. * L 'Écho des cicadas * Access will be via a spiral staircase arriving in an entrance hall with motion detector lighting that serves 2 apartments, yours will be the one on the left, door 4. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and electric shutters in each room. - Entrance hall with closet/hangers and stairs leading to the living room (2 child safety barriers available in the unit in the staircase storage area). - Modern kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hobs, microwave, multi-function oven, dishwasher, Senséo coffee machine, classic powder coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette/pierrade machine and more... - Living room with Poltron&Sofa convertible sofa, TV, Wi-Fi included, applications from the Orange box with your credentials (Disney +, Amazon Prime Video, OCS, Paramount +etc.). - Workspace with desk, seat, lamp and plenty of storage. - Dining area with table and 6 metal chairs (possibility to take table and chairs from the outside to increase interior capacity) and different storage. - 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, dressing room and storage under the stairs. - 1 bedroom with 140 x 200 bed, walk-in closet, 2 nightstands with lamps, a workspace (desk + chair + lamp). - Bathroom with shower, single vanity, washing machine, electric towel dryer, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. - Tiled 'Tropézienne' terrace with furniture: table and chairs, 1 sunbed, small coffee table, (electric barbecue on request) - Gym accessible for free upon request with reservation depending on availability. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Several amenities like cribs, high chairs, bathtubs, dishes, toys, books are available, please let us know your needs so they can be installed in your home. Any request for additional equipment may be considered but don't hesitate if you need anything during your stay. Housekeeping subject to availability during the stay. Guest access The accommodation will be entirely dedicated to you with 2 parking spaces allocated per accommodation but parking is available in front of our house and in the private road a few meters away (there is space for construction vehicles/trucks). A bicycle park at the bottom of the accommodation is available to secure your bicycles, please let us know when booking to provide space for everyone. Other things to note Check-in and checkout times can be adapted to your needs based on the occupancy of the accommodation, €10/additional hour will be requested. Childcare equipment, high chair, baby bed, toys, kitchen equipment such as dishes and all appliances such as barbecue, pressure cooker, raclette machine or dishes are to be stored properly. Dogs are accepted on condition that all traces of their presence are cleaned, such as dog hair on bedding, carpets etc. (the €20 fee is for the cleaning lady who will spend more time removing the last traces, tidying up and putting carpets back, etc.).
