With 120 sqm The space The floor offers plenty of space for two people who appreciate an open and bright layout, from which only the bathroom and toilet are separated. The bedroom is located on a spatially open gallery above the living area. From here – as well as from the 25 m² balcony – there is an unobstructed view of the Lübeck Bay and nearby beach resorts such as Timmendorfer Strand or Scharbeutz. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest restaurant: in the Hof Sierksdorf, 100 meters away, holidaymakers can dine during the day and in the evening. By a short walk along the promenade (800 meters) you can reach bakers, cafes and shops in Haffkrug. House The loft apartment is equipped with an open sleeping area and an open kitchen-living room. In the gallery there is a comfortable box spring double bed (1.80 m wide). The kitchenette convinces, among other things, with a large fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and oven and thus leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom has shower and bath tub. The large window front facing the sea with a balcony in front offers a fantastic panorama. The terrace area is equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds. Washing machine and dryer are also available for shared use free of charge. Entertainment In the living room, next to a 65’ flat screen tv, a stereo system with Bluetooth connection, a Jura fully automatic coffee machine, an electric piano and a private Wi-Fi access. Design and style The apartment impresses with its furnishings, with clean lines in Scandinavian style. The 120 m² apartment is divided for a spacious holiday stay for two and invites small families and couples to linger.
