Villa Evelyn is set in a peaceful and idyllic location in Tenerife South. Villa Evelyn stands in an exclusive area, known as "LA FLORIDA” which predominantly houses private villas, close to some of the most desirable Golf courses on the island as Golf del Sur, Las Americas Golf course, Los Palos Golf course in Guaza and the prestigious Costa Adeje Golf Course. Los Cristianos and Las Americas are only 10 minutes driving away. The space The villa has been built in only one floor and being exposed to Soth-East it receives the sun from the earliest hours of the day till late! The plot where it is located is 570 m2 while the internal surface is 170 m2. The front terrace of the villa, which is more than 200 m2, offers amazing view and includes a private swimming pool which can be heated with an additional cost of 60 Euros per week. The rear part of the villa measures 250 m2, with an artificial grass garden of up to 100 m2 where children can play in total tranquility and safety. For the diversion of all family we supply a Ping Pong table and various games. The wood solarium with its barbecue area is a very welcoming relaxation area where you can enjoy family moments in total privacy. Guest access The Villa, which has recently been completely renovated (September 2023), has air conditioning and is furnished in a modern style. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms (2 en-suite), 1 toilet, an independent kitchen of 20 sq.m and a living room of 35 sq.m. from where you can appreciate a panoramic view to the South-East coast. The kitchen is modern and is fully equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher, a ventilated electric oven, a glass-ceramic hob, a microwave oven, a double fridge, etc. In the store room you can find a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board, an iron and everything needed for daily household cleaning. The living room has a nice corner sofa, a large and modern dining table, and a 65'' smart TV where you can see all your Netflix, Youtube, etc. accounts. The main bedroom, which receives the sun all the day, enjoys a beautiful sea view and a large French window which leads directly to the front terrace. The double bed measures 180 x 200 cm. while the top quality mattress has a thickness of 26 cm. The modern private bathroom with window has an area of ​​6 m2. The wooden wardrobe in the room is made up of 6 doors and has several drawers. The second room has a double bed, with an excellent quality mattress, measuring 150x190 cm, a built-in wardrobe and a large private bathroom with window. The third room, which is normally reserved for the youngest members of the family, has a beautiful view of the sea and swimming pool. It has 3 single beds and a built-in wardrobe with a lot of drawers. The fourth room, also with a beautiful view, has a 150x190 cm double bed, again of excellent quality, and a built-in wardrobe with drawers. Between the kitchen and this room there is a complete bathroom with window. At the entrance to the villa there is a double garage large enough to park two small cars. The automatic garage door has a height of 185 cm. so if you rent vans or vehicles with a height higher than that measurement you can park in the street at the back of the property just 100 meters away. Other things to note Between villa and villa there is about 20 meters of separation so you can enjoy total privacy. Please maintain silence between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. Upon arrival you will find a welcome pack that includes coffee, sugar, milk, water, beers and fruit. For all stays longer than 9 nights, a linen change service will be offered. The published prices are for a group of up to max. 5 guests. From the sixth guest onwards, an extra fee of 25 euros per night per guest will be applied. There are no fees for children up to 2 years of age.
