Eighteenth-century palace located in the historic center of Martina Franca, "inside the walls" of the beautiful town of the Itria Valley. Entirely renovated, it was born from the union of two eighteenth-century buildings and is spread over about 130 square meters on three levels. The bedrooms are 2 for a total of 5 beds: a double room and one with three single beds. The house has 5 other rooms and a kitchen. It is fully furnished and offers architectural and plant finishes of the highest quality. The property is located in a wonderful street in the historic center, with only pedestrian traffic, and is a 1-minute walk from the Church of San Martino. The Palace is located in the immediate vicinity of the Via Bellini road, which offers the possibility of parking for your car and along which many shops overlook. The "historic home" was finished in 2014 and has been used up to now by the owners. It is a building built around 1670 by the low middle class of the time; at that time the vaults were made with small waste stones from the processing of the most important vaults of the noble palaces in the center, and this was one of the characteristics of the renovation carried out: preserving the typical features of the houses in the historic center and combining the comforts of advanced systems and materials. The Palace is located close to the protective walls of the town (still partially clearly visible along via Paisiello, Mercadante, Bellini), and is the result of the union of several buildings, built in stones cut and worked on the spot and mortar mixed with land. Carved stone has been widely used, which decorates the parapet of the solar paving and the jambs of the fixtures. The finishing is of value since first quality materials have been used to respect the hygiene and healthiness of the rooms (including those on the street level). A splendid beech parquet makes the atmosphere of the rooms warm and welcoming; it is present in all rooms, except in the bathrooms, on the stairs and in the kitchen on the ground floor, where the best ceramics have been installed. The building is equipped with air conditioning for the "hot" and "cold", with relative home automation for even remote control of the systems. There is a wireless connection and an "inside out" video surveillance system. The furniture embedded in the walls was made by skilled local craftsmen and gives the entire property that particular touch of elegance and antiquity that satisfies the mind of those who want to spend a few days in complete relaxation. The furniture in the rooms, on the other hand, is the result of a choice made on various world markets, always in search of unique pieces, an expression of craftsmanship and international antiques: Pakistanis, Indians, Algerians, Tunisians and Italians. The result is an ancient-modern, warm and welcoming environment, which looks to the east and the middle east, enveloping the guest in an atmosphere of natural refinement. In short, all unique features to make your stay extraordinary.
