We are located over 600 m above sea level, so it is always pleasantly cool at night. There is also air conditioning and fans. There is room for up to 7 adults + small children. The living room is 59 sqm with dining area, kitchen, couch for hanging out or watching TV (approx. 48 inch) TV with SatTV and Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. 3 bedrooms for 5 -6 people and on the 2nd level in the loft there is another room open to the living room for 1 person with star views and planting for privacy. It is more suitable for younger people). A new kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, blender etc. You can enjoy your coffee as Tchibo capsule, filter or French coffee. Wood is provided! The bathrooms are modern, with ground-level, very large natural stone shower area (2.20 x 1.00 m) incl. rainforest shower and showerhead. In the small bathroom there is not only the second toilet with hygiene shower, washbasin, but also a washing machine and tumble dryer. A separate PC workstation is also available. 2000 sqm garden with old trees, sauna and fireplace (wood is free of charge, metre logs) invite you to relax, barbecue and have a cosy get-together. Barbecuing is possible all year round in our beautiful porch. (Gas grill 3 flame with cooking area, charcoal grill). And best of all - internet (250/100MBit) is available everywhere, even in the garden (WiFi). It's best to work with your laptop while sitting comfortably by the fire. Charging station for your electric car is available 11 KW There is a train station in Rammingen, so you can also take the train to Munich/Lindau for example (10 minutes walk) Between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm there is a train every hour. Ideal for: - Family-Friends Meeting - family holidays - As a central starting point around the area of Munich, Neuschwanstein, Ulm, Augsburg, Landsberg, Lake Constance to explore. - Management retreat for new impulses The location is ideal for excursions e.g. - cycling tours - there is a huge network of cycle paths in the Allgäu region - with the children to the Skyline Park (2 min.) Bavaria's largest amusement park with many attractions also for smaller children. - to Bad Wörishofen (Sebastian Kneipp invented his methods here) methods) to the thermal baths/sauna (5 min.) - to Munich for a stroll (45 min.) It's better to leave the car there.... One more hint - Rammingen is a small Bavarian village where there is still some agriculture. Great for discovering animals, calves, horses, goats, chickens, ostriches and even alpacas can be shown to your children. Guest access There is a beautiful sauna for 3-4 people and a fireplace in the garden. - You are welcome to use/share the barbecue area, also for a cosy campfire in the evening/we provide wood for this. - The sauna is included, but we are happy to let you relax and enjoy it on your own by arrangement. Other things to note Please be aware that Rammingen is a very small village outside of Munich. There is not much going on here besides some farming activity and a couple of really nice beergardens. Don't expect to much - you'll need a car. There are plenty of nice sights around but the village itself is... well... a village ;)
