Our charming apartment (115 m²), which was converted 12 years ago, is a real gem! 500-year-old beams meet modern comfort, a top kitchen, plenty of space, lots of plants and lightning-fast Internet (250/100 MBit WiFi + Ethernet connection with 500 MBit in every room). The super cozy penthouse extends over two levels and remains pleasantly temperate even in summer - thanks to the altitude (over 600 m), it is almost always pleasantly cool at night. There is also portable air conditioning, three small radiators and fans in case it gets extremely warm. The apartment has excellent thermal insulation. There are plenty of parking spaces - arrive relaxed and enjoy your stay! If you like animals, you will love Rammingen: There are cows, horses, goats, ostriches and alpacas right on the doorstep. There is a wide range of excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity, reachable in 5-10 minutes by car (Türkheim or Bad Wörishofen). And if you just want to relax, sit down in the Bavarian beer garden opposite - with delicious food & without a car or go for a tasty pizza (300 meters) Space for everyone! Our tip: Use the train station in Rammingen (10 min. walk) - every hour a train to Munich or Lindau (6:00 - 23:00). Guest access Parking facilities and check-in A total of eight parking spaces are available: Five directly in the courtyard and three more on the property. Additional public parking spaces are available in the surrounding area. You can move into the apartment at any time of day or night. The key is located in the apartment door on the 2nd floor - the front door is not locked. If you let us know your approximate arrival time, we will be happy to welcome you personally on site. You will receive a brief introduction to the apartment as well as individual tips - especially on recommended restaurants in the area or what is particularly worth seeing. An 11 kW charging station for electric vehicles is also available. Other things to note Hello from Rammingen - where the cows are in a good mood and the nearest beer garden is never far away! Rammingen is a small village where you can take a deep breath and relax. No hip bars, no designer stores - but fresh country air, lush meadows, rustic beer gardens and: Bavaria's largest amusement park, Skyline Park, just around the corner! Despite the rural idyll, everything is taken care of: you will find a surprisingly wide range of shopping opportunities within a five-minute radius. Right next door is Bad Wörishofen - known as the home of Pastor Kneipp and for its soothing spa treatments. If you prefer to enjoy tropical flair, the Südseetherme spa is the place to be - an offshoot of the world's largest thermal spa in Erding, just four kilometers away. The train chugs into Munich every hour - perfect for a trip to the big city. But hand on heart: without a car, it's a bit of a hassle here. But with a car, the beautiful Allgäu is at your feet. Our tip: don't expect too much - and let yourself be surprised. There's more hidden between the cow pastures and beer garden romance than you might think!
