The apartment is located on the ninth floor of the ever popular Puerto Paraiso apartments and directly overlooks Estepona port, with the Mediterranean sea beyond and one of the two swimming pools just below. There is air conditioning in all the rooms plus TV with international channels including Sky and videos on demand for free. A DVD and a hi-fi system is also available for you to use along with a high speed fibre optic connection. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room while the twin bedroom has use of the family bathroom with a walk-in shower. The twin bedroom has two double beds which could sleep up to four guests. The whole apartment is far more spacious in comparison to many of the newer apartments that are currently available. The apartment is perfectly located for those visiting Estepona who do not wish to drive as there is a wide selection of bars, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and shops on the doorstep. This is a very good quality apartment, which is always popular. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free.
