The whole apartment is far more spacious in comparison to many of the newer apartments that are currently available. The apartment is perfectly located for those visiting Estepona who do not wish to drive as there is a wide selection of bars, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and shops on the doorstep. This is a very good quality apartment, which is always popular. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free.
