Beautiful, 3-room apartment, approx. 95 m², on the ground floor of a two-storey residential building, 50 meters to the lake, separate entrance, has lake view, 2 parking spaces, large garden area. Within 500 meters there is a beach with kiosk, a farm shop, a butcher shop with fresh baked goods, a pharmacy and two restaurants, which are located directly on the lake. For larger purchases, there is a Lidl (3 km) and gas station in the neighboring village of Öhningen. The region is well known and popular for cycling and hiking trails. The space The apartment is characterized by a modern interior design. In combination with the original condition, approx. 800-year-old ceiling in the main room of the apartment, a very special flair is created. Guest access My guests are personally greeted and bid farewell by me. Other things to note Within 100 meters are boat docks for scheduled boat trips, as well as a boat rental with guided tours. Zurich / Konstanz are each about 40 minutes away by car. On the weekends of July 20-21 and July 26-28, the traditional beach festivals take place, which are about 50 meters from the apartment. The Swiss border is only about 5 km away. The traditional old town of Stein am Rhein is extremely worth seeing and is great for a day trip. On August 1st there will also be a big fireworks display for the national holiday. The Rhine Falls are about 30 minutes away by car in Schaffhausen. Final cleaning is already included in the base price. Please note that the municipality of Öhningen charges a visitor's tax. The visitor's tax is €1.70 per person per day in the high season and €1.20 in the low season. The peak season covers the period from April 1st April to October 31, the off-season the period from January to March 31 and from November to December 31. The day of arrival and the day of departure are counted together as one day of stay. Children up to the age of 15 years of age are exempt from the visitor's tax. The amount is to be paid separately and will be paid in full to the municipality.
