As you arrive, you'll be greeted by the convenience of free parking in front of the house behind an electric gate, providing a hassle-free start to your stay. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the center of Samorin, granting easy access to the town's attractions, shops, pubs and restaurants. Furthermore, for sports and riding enthusiasts, the famous X-Bionic sport center is just a stone's throw away, making it an ideal choice for those attending events or seeking active pursuits. Moreover, Šamorín is also great for water sports enthusiasts because of Danube river. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living room that is equipped with TV, X-Box 360 with Kinect that seamlessly connects to a well-appointed kitchen with a dining table. The open-plan design encourages social interaction and creates a cozy space where you can relax and spend quality time with loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, making dining in a breeze. Coffee, tea & basic cooking supplies are of course on the house. As you ascend to the second floor, you'll find the private sleeping quarters. The duplex features two bedrooms, each designed to offer a restful night's sleep. Both bedrooms are furnished with beds, linens, and ample storage space for your belongings, ensuring you feel at home throughout your stay. The bathroom, located on the second floor, is modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and iron. Other things to note No unregistered/visiting guests. Pets are not allowed to sleep in the beds/couch and to be left alone in the house.
