The space This small studio has private kitchen and private bathroom and Wc. Also, There is another communal kitchen with breakfast room. Guests must climb the stairs. Please be informed bed size is small double. Free self service breakfast. (Not valid for long term guests, available only for 5 days or below reservations) (STRICTLY NO EVENT/PARTYING OR SMOKING IN ANY PART OF THE BUILDING) Parking.. Parking is paid only available on street but if you’re parking all day make sure inform us in advance for us to able to book it for you! Parking fees.. Daily parking £15. The street parking charges applies between 8.30 am to 18.30 o’clock. Monday to Saturday. Sundays free. Guest access Breakfast room (Free self service) Kitchens Washing machine (Free) Tumble dryer(Paid £10 per use) Parking (paid only) £15 daily Other things to note The whole building has 6 units in total and has a communal kitchen with breakfast room. Luggage drop-off allowance.. Note: The luggage room is in a communal area and has a lock on it, so that it can be used easily by all our guests. So we never had any unusual situation until now but we recommend to not keep any valuable belongings in there. (STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN ANY PART OF THE BUILDING) NO PARTY/EVENT ALLOWED. NO PETS BOOKING ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE IS NOT ACCEPTED.
