A fantastic house metres away from the golden sands of Onetangi Beach. The space Seaviews on Second is a fantastic house just a minutes walk back from the beach at Onetangi. The large dining & living areas get all day sun and open on to a large sunny deck, ideal for relaxing after a busy day at the beach. A designer kitchen, a large dining area & a gas fire, as well as 2 living areas, this is a great house for a family break. The open plan living & deck mean it is ideal for children. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, along with an ensuite. The second bedroom has twin beds, then there is a sofabed in the lower lounge. Across the creek is the sleep-out, which has a queen sized bed. Along with the master ensuite there is a family bathroom in the house, note that there is no bathroom in the sleep-out. Bedrooms 1 x Queen Bed + Ensuite 2 x Single Beds (can be joined) Living Room: 1 x Sofa Bed Sleep Out: 1 x Queen Bed (no bathroom) Set in beautifully landscaped gardens, there is plenty of parking - even room for the boat! The sleep-out is accessed via a bridge across a stream. A short walk takes you to the cafes on the beach, as well as awarding winning restaurant 372, and a bus stop, which has a good round island service.  This is a great base for your break on Waiheke Island. Note: the property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings. Note: prices are based on 4 people.  It can sleep up to 8 people (using a sofabed) - there will be an additional $25pppn for the extra people. All bookings incur a one time linen and exit cleaning cost of $200 so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy. Other things to note Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you wish to entertain more than 6 additional people over & above those on the booking, please discuss your plans with us. This property is only suitable for a maximum of 6 adults.
