CASANOVA 2 is part of the tourist complex consisting of three apartments. Located on the first floor, it has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, an attic with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, TV room, dining room with kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Free Wi-Fi. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside of Chianti with swimming pool and parking. Nearby are cities such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra and Monteriggioni. The space The Casanova 2 apartment is located on the first floor and has an area of about 80 m2, allowing a maximum capacity of 5 people. After a flight of external stairs, you have access to the apartment's private terrace, which is fully covered and from where you can admire the surrounding nature. The entrance overlooks the living room/kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. Going up two steps you have access to the TV lounge, where on the left is the double bedroom with a third bed, while on the right is the bathroom with shower. Passing the sitting room, there is a flight of wooden stairs leading to the attic room on the mezzanine with two single beds. Guest access The pool, garden and parking areas (with electric car charging station) are available to all guests. Other things to note Car charging station available to guests for a fee, €0.60 KWh.
