Its large 60 m² living room is ideal for gatherings with family or friends, with access to the outdoor terrace. Ideal for family vacations (Zoo, amusement and theme parks, karting, golf...) and beaches are located within 30 minutes offering many and varied activities. The space This vacation home on the ground floor consists of an entrance to the living room/kitchen, a living room with TV area and desk/library corner + access to the outdoor terrace on the courtyard. On the 1st floor, a hallway serving 3 bedrooms composed of 2 single beds 90 x 200 that can be combined into a queen size double bed 160 x 200. One of the 3 bedrooms has its own shower room, 2 separate toilets (including 1 with hand washbasin), and a 2nd shower room. On the 2nd floor, an attic bedroom with 4 single beds with a small seating area in the center of the bedroom, beds that can be combined into a Queen size. Kitchen fitted in the old bar of this old business, and equipped with dining area: 4 gas hobs, 2 electric ovens, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster, robot, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board Other things to note Linens option: €15 per single bed of 90 x 200 and €20 per double bed of 160 x 200 Optional bath linen: €10 per family including 2 bath sheets, 2 towels, 2 washcloths and 1 bath mat.
