The space Le Havre is an authentic and comfortable charming house in the newly renovated Green Périgord. Located in a hamlet at the top of a hill, it accommodates 10 to 12 people. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private heated pool, sauna and wooded park characterize this place that will not leave you indifferent. Perched in a hamlet at the top of a small hill, we fell for this stone building, full of charm, in the countryside, in a wooded and flowered park of 60ares. At the end of a path, we discover this house that we named Le Havre because it inspires calm, calm, and healing. It had everything it needed for us to make it a magical place, isolated from the stress of our cities, and providing all the well-being so sought after when we take a break. Its flowered and wooded park, its 4 bedrooms and their individual decoration style "charming house", its three bathrooms, its multiple spaces, its breathtaking views wherever you are, its history are so many assets that few holiday homes can offer. Le Havre has three fireplaces and a sauna to warm up your winters. In the heat of summer, its swimming pool, wood with majestic oaks and stone walls will refresh you. No matter the season, Le Havre is a great house for a large family or family and friends gatherings. Both away and close to everything, the house offers an ideal location: as a starting point for excursions and adventures and as a secure and refreshing home port back home. Discover a strong architectural variety of many chateaux, picturesque villages, which you can visit around many hiking trails, horseback riding, carioles, seeing the sky in ULM or even hot air balloons...  Foodies are spoiled, with Thiviers, capital of the foie gras of Périgord Vert and Sorges with its truffle museum. The authenticity of the Périgord immediately invites you to Saint Jean de Côle, a classified village located 4 km away, with its castle and Priory. Today, the village is considered one of the most beautiful in France and it offers a unique place to walk. The historical richness of the Périgord continues to appeal to you with its many castles dotting the region, including the Chateau de Puyghilem where the film "Le pacte des wolves", Boschaud Abbey, the Villars caves with their cave paintings, the small village of Chapelle Faucher, Excideuil, or St Germain des Pres. Various sports activities such as canoeing, horse riding, golf, hot air balloon, mountain biking, hiking, tennis are offered nearby. For a more nature experience, a farm visit and a stroll in local markets is also on the menu to awaken your senses.
