The space This beautifully crafted rammed earth home welcomes you through a private entrance into expansive bushland surrounds. The main house and a semi-attached villa offer flexible spaces ideal for large families or multiple groups travelling together. At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan area that brings everyone together. Two comfortable lounges, a crackling fireplace, and sweeping views of the ocean and treetops create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This space flows effortlessly into the fully equipped kitchen—with granite benchtops, twin fridge/freezers, and a generous pantry—making it perfect for preparing shared meals. The adjoining dining area, framed by vaulted ceilings and solid jarrah furnishings, is ideal for long, relaxed dinners. For a bit of separation, a second living area offers its own fireplace and a quiet retreat for movie nights or giving different generations their own space to unwind. Step outside to the panoramic northern balcony to enjoy a BBQ, watch for local wildlife, or simply take in the vast landscape.
