It's in the heart of Barton-on-Sea, just across the road from the path down to the beach, the Beachcomber Café and Pebble Beach restaurant The space Bayside is a light, bright modern apartment with quality fittings. Fibre 60-76 Mbps speed wi-fi internet with 2 x 32" LED Smart TV's with built-in DVD players, in both living room and bedroom. The kitchen area has a double ceramic hob, oven, sink, combi-microwave oven, Air Fryer, Fridge freezer and Nespresso Coffee machine. *A high Chair for baby is available on request. A cosy bedroom with double bed, bedside chests of drawers and wardrobe. Also further storage in 4 drawers in the base of the bed. Luxury shower room. With ‘rain effect’ over head shower plus hand held shower. Pump Hand soap on wash basin and pump Shower cream, Shampoo & Conditioner in the shower enclosure. There’s Washer / Dryer in a cupboard with more storage space above for hanging clothes, storing baggage etc. (Also hotel style digital safe). In this cupboard you will also find a Hair Dryer, Iron and ironing board. The living room has a large real soft leather sofa, which makes a very comfortable extra bed. **Please check sofa size is big enough for your needs: 6 feet long x 2 feet wide**. Smaller adults and teenagers have comfortably slept on the sofa. We have accommodated families of 4 several times: the couple with a baby in a carry cot stay in the bedroom, with an older child using the sofa. Guest access Bayside is Ground floor, with an easy access front door which can open wide and has just one step up from the patio. Inside apartment is all at one level. There is a bench right outside our door on the patio to enjoy the view across the garden. In the garden is a picnic table with a great view of the Isle of Wight and The Needles. * Guests with small children please note: The garden is partly walled but the entrance to it, and to the area in front of Bayside Apartment, has no gate, is open and close to the pavement / road. The garden is communal and shared by 9 flats, but little used by other residents. Other things to note Parking space is only big enough for a standard size car, not a large 4x4 or van. There's usually nearby free street parking for larger vehicles, especially in the evening. **Please Note Regarding Parking: Currently exterior redecoration & work on car park, may cause disruption until late October with possible occasional car park closure** Check-out time 10.00am please. This is to allow time for the apartment to be cleaned and any necessary maintenance done before the next guests check-in from 4pm. Please read 'House Rules' and accept them before booking.
