The space The studio The Beach of 35 sqm, is located on the second floor and has got a living area fully equipped with a modern kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and toaster. Pretty relax area with a comfortable sofa and a satellite Tv, as well as air conditioning, heating and WIFI at guests disposal. On the bright mezzanine there is a double bed and a wardrobe. Bathroom with window, shower box and washing machine. Small terrace with stunning lake view equipped with table, chairs and sun umbrella to enjoy Italian sunsets. External parking reserved for residence guests with 6 total parking spaces (not assigned). Pets not allowed. Non smoking apartment.
