SECOND BEDROOM - Has a Queen Size Bed also with great views. THIRD BEDROOM - Has 3 x King Single Beds and same games to enjoy. FOURTH BEDROOM - Has 1 x King Single Bed. There is also a portacot, highchair and baby bath available on request. KITCHEN - Fully equipped Kitchen featuring coffee machine, fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser, dishwasher and everything you should need. We provide a small supply of tea, coffee, milk, cleaning supplies, salt & pepper, cooking oil, glad wrap and tin foil to help you feel at home straight away. LAUNDRY - The Laundry has a washing machine and dryer and is also home to the 3rd Bathroom that is suitable for wheelchair use with a large shower including shower chair. DISABLED ACCESS - The entire house is wheel chair accessible, there are no steps to enter the house. A shower chair is provided for your convenience. PETS - Pets are welcome, but need to be approved prior to your stay. The yard is fenced but due to small gaps, smaller dogs may be able to get out. Please bring all bedding for your pets comfort. Mossy Point is an ideal dog friendly holiday! Your dog is allowed to be exercised off leash right in front of the house, including swimming at the boat ramp. Also, Tomakin Beach to the North and Broulee Beach to the South both have 24 hour off lead areas. OUTDOORS - There is large fenced front yard with carport and an outdoor hot and cold shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The Backyard features a large North facing entertaining deck with those magnificent views. LINEN - Bedding and towels can be provided for all guests for the small fee of $80. Just pack your beach towels, arrive and relax! Guest access Guests have entire access to this 4 Bedroom Home. Other things to note Airbnb is based on trust so we'd like to know a little bit about you. When enquiring about availability please ensure you have completed your ID Verification, have a profile photo, some information about yourself and the purpose of your stay. Airbnb requires that the person making the booking MUST be part of the travelling party. When booking, please advise of ALL the people staying in the house . Adults, children and babies count as guests and must be included in the booking to ensure the correct linen and towels are provided for your stay. For bookings longer than 7 days, there will be people needing to enter the property to maintain the garden and lawns and change linen etc. This will be communicated with you closer to your arrival date.
