The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 suite with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed, 1 single bed and a separate mattress, both with air conditioning. 2 bathrooms (en-suite and social), kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, water purifier, 4-burner stove with oven, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric oven and all basic utensils. Dining room with table and four chairs and portable fan. Living room with sofa with chaise longue, WIFI, TV with open SKY channels and ceiling fan. Gourmet balcony with barbecue, table and barbecue utensils. Service area with electric washing machine. 4 beach chairs and 1 parasol available. A covered parking space. Guest access Access to the apartment (located on the 4th floor) can be made via the elevator or stairs. Guests can enjoy the entire leisure area of the condominium as long as the rules of use, schedules, etc. are respected. Eventually, these areas may be under maintenance, making it impossible to use them during the period.
