Ca’ dei L’Era de Sott is a three-level apartment overlooking the square. Reached by a few stairs and a short walk from parking, it features a tavern with a fireplace, a functional kitchen, a double bedroom, and a cozy living room with a panoramic terrace. Due to frequent winds, there is no umbrella on the terrace. There’s no Wi-Fi, making it perfect for a digital detox. The kitchen is simple but fully functional for a comfortable stay. The space Ca' dei L'Era de Sott is located in a charming position overlooking the eponymous square and is spread across three levels. To reach the apartment, you'll need to climb a few flights of stairs, and it’s a short walk from the parking area to the entrance. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy tavern with the original fireplace and a small service bathroom with a washing machine. As you ascend the stairs, you’ll arrive at the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, which may appear old-fashioned but is perfectly functional. On the same level, there's the first bedroom with two single beds and a balcony, as well as the master bathroom with a shower and toilet. The top floor is home to a cozy living room, a romantic double bedroom, and a stunning panoramic terrace, but there is no umbrella available due to frequent winds that would make it impractical. The kitchen is simple yet functional for daily use, and there is no Wi-Fi, allowing you to truly relax and disconnect. Other things to note Tourist Tax Regulations - Municipality of San Siro: 1. Amount: 1.50 € per night, per person. 2. Exemption: Children under the age of 14 are exempt from payment. 3. Imposition: The tourist tax applies for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Please make sure that you have correctly paid the tourist tax for the entire duration of your stay, according to these rules. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. You can also check in with identification at our check-in point in Menaggio. Early or late check-ins must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. In Italy, it is mandatory to provide the Property Manager with a copy of a valid ID (ID card or passport) to register your stay. Check-in is SELF check-in only for key collection; identification of the guest for document registration takes place in person, as required by the Police Headquarters (notice 22/11/2024). Entry instructions will not be provided to those who refuse identification. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested in advance and may be subject to availability (and an additional charge). Please ensure that you have paid the tourist tax according to the rules.
