The residence benefits from a direct access to the magnificent Miramar beach with no road to cross, making it ideal for families. A private/locked garage is available as optional. The space Fleurs de Thym has been offered for rent since 2014 but we have placed an ad on AirBNB only since November 2020. All appliances are new and modern. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with a 4-fire glass-ceramic hob, combined oven/microwave/steamer/grill, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and electric coffee machine; it is completed with a sofa and a TV set with 19' led screen, dvd and radio. The dining area in the loggia can be closed by a bay window overlooking the park of the residence, with an unobstructed view of the sea. The bathroom is tiled with travertine and has an Italian shower (140x80) with hydromassage column; the laundry room is equipped with washing machine, ironing board and iron. The mezzanine with plexiglass railing is very bright and is composed of two different spaces: a bedroom and a living room overlooking the large downstairs room that can be transformed into another bedroom. We have also thought about your children and babies: you will find a rain bed and a high chair on the spot. Wooden cassettes with toys are available on the mezzanine. Ideal accommodation for a large family with children and babies or for a couple of friends. A private and closed garage of 5.40 x 2.40 mt is available as an option for tenants who want to come on site and secure their car or bring their equipment (motorcycle, bicycle, kayak etc.).
