This one bed property is perfect for single travellers, couples and can accommodate up to four people Whole flat is available for your use It is the perfect location for Race-goers and Festival-goers as it is easy walking distance from both the race course and town centre Parking is available on a first come first served basis The space The flat is a first floor, one bedroom apartment in a regency style building dating back to the 19th Century. It has a double bed in the bedroom and a large comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped to allow you to cook for yourselves and save on eating out although there are some great restaurants in Cheltenham Guest access Entire flat suitable for a short weekend or long stay for single travellers, couples or up to a family or group of four. Perfect for work and leisure. Parking is free at the property and is first come first served. There is also free, on street parking across the road. The town centre is a 10 minute walk and the racecourse 15-20 mins walk. There are two well-equipped local supermarkets within yards of the property. Other things to note The flat is a first floor flat meaning there will be stairs to climb. ***If the booking is for two but you require both beds, please specify 3 guests. This is to cover the extra costs of bedding etc.*** Checking in time is after 3pm and check out time is before 11am.
