Lu stazzettu - cozy cottage from the 18th century

Our little house "Lu Stazzettu" is located in the hills of Gallura, about 5 km away from the center of Santa Teresa Gallura, on 27 hectares of agricultural land, surrounded by unspoiled nature, olive trees, cows and the animals of the neighbors (hens, sheep, cats). If you like nature, you'll love our home! Relax in the garden or explore the grounds and enjoy the breathtaking sea view! Or spend your days on the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia and lively evenings in Santa Teresa Gallura. The space At the entrance to the studio, on the right, is the kitchen cabinet with an induction hob (1 plate), sink, and refrigerator, equipped with the utensils for cooking everyday needs. There is a table with three seats, a closet, and a sideboard. On cold days, you can heat the house with the wood-burning stove; in summer, the fan ensures a pleasant breeze. There is a sofa bed for two people and a single bed, which can be prepared for a third person. Adjacent to the room is the bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The windows of the Stazzettu are equipped with mosquito nets. In the garden you have another table with chairs, a grill and a hammock available. Guest access You have access to the house with the garden, as well as a large part of our land. Other things to note We have a nautical center and offer windsurfurfing, kitesurfing, diving, boat trips and many other things.
