The fully landscaped garden makes a fabulous entertaining area with bbq, outdoor seating and massive lawn area. Limestone steps at the front of the house take you down to the road for a short walk to the amazing beaches, restaurants and kids playgrounds. When you return there is an outdoor shower to rinse off in. 'By the Beach' is suitable for families or for multiple couples with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The area has a large outdoor entertaining area with wooden deck, Webber BBQ and outdoor furniture. Inside there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is situated upstairs with a king sized bed and has its own large ensuit. The room has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors leading to the balcony that has stunning ocean views. A beautiful place to watch the sunset with a delicious wine from the region. There is also a flatscreen tv and built in wardrobe in this room. Downstairs features a fully equipped kitchen with high quality Smeg appliances and plenty of bench space for cooking and entertaining. The dining area is an open plan space next to the kitchen. This room has ocean glimpses and north facing windows. This allows lovely light to filter through while the glass sliding doors can be opened up to bring the outside in. There is also a flatscreen tv in this room . There are 2 bedrooms downstairs - one with a king sized bed, one with 2 king singles and both have built in wardrobes. Another spacious bathroom and separate toilet room are next to the bedrooms. The bathroom features a luxurious free standing bath and shower. A beautifully appointed lounge room is at the end of the house and has an entry to the garden via a large sliding door. This is a spacious room for the kids to play while you entertain in the kitchen / dining or just to relax in and features a large 65 inch smart tv with VAST satellite stations and DVD player. All bedrooms have block out blinds and regular blinds throughout the rest of the house for your privacy and reverse cycle air conditioning, heaters and pedestal fans. The house includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer for guests to use. It is located in a detached room from the house. Guest access Owners live onsite in a detached studio apartment separate and private to the main house. We respect your privacy and leave you alone to enjoy the property. The main house will be your own area with private, off street, outdoor parking with shared driveway with the owners. The property is self check in via lock box. Other things to note Pricing & Guest Policy Our base rate covers up to 2 guests. Each additional guest is charged at $75 per person, per night, with a maximum of 6 guests total. Please ensure your booking accurately reflects the number of guests in your group, as we only cater to the number of guests listed in the reservation. This includes bed linen, towels, and other amenities. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Quality linen and towels are provided.
