Beautiful new entire house with 180 degree ocean views. This immaculate quality modern home has everything you need for a short or long stay. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open the entire wall seamlessly joining the indoor and outdoor areas, showing magnificient views of Kiama and the sea. Wake to see the ocean from the master bed. Relax on the lounge or daybed and enjoy all the modern conveniences you'd expect from a quality home. Almost everything is brand new and quality The space The house is airconditioned, pet free and smoke free with gas cooking! You have the whole house to yourself. The house is spread across two levels. Upstairs sees three bedrooms, the master with dreamy ocean views as well as an ensuite and balcony with plush day bed! Downstairs sees open plan living with executive fully functioning kitchen, lounge and dining as well as generous front balcony and a rear courtyard The rooms are laid out to suit three couples or two families with each room having brand new queen beds, and varying quality mattress types (eg plush, medium) to suit. The third bedroom has a queen bottom bunk and king single top bunk plus trundle kids single. Perfect for a night or a weekend away, a full week or longer. Work from here with ocean views and 1,000mbps NBN fibre to the premises! Pinball machine, 80s arcade games, xbox, table tennis and board games all present too Guest access Be careful in the driveway it is tight! Parking in and around Kiama is fairly easy to find and is free (but timed in town). Street parking at the property is free and untimed. There is a double garage with one parking spot and a table tennis / ping pong table There is space in the driveway for a second car Other cars can be easily parked on the street just a few houses up the road (1 minute walk) Other things to note The house does have quite a lot of stairs. Not suitable for everyone. Walk to the beach and town is 10-15 minutes The house, beds, linen, glassware, furniture, electronics is all lovely and quality. I pay extra for cleaning and I have invested in high quality items to maximise your holiday enjoyment. I am not the cheapest accomodation, however I continue to receive consistent 5 Star feedback along with comments that this is excellent value (sometimes telling me I am too low cost). Surely your holiday is worth paying a little more for "luxury" There are three outdoor security cameras. They do not have visibility into any indoor spaces nor any outdoor living or dining areas.
