Isn't it time you stayed in the Dam Cottage?

Escape to the country for some wifi & TV free down time in this lovely renovated mud brick cottage. One double bedroom with ensuite; lounge and dining facilities, including fridge and microwave , double hot plate & BBQ for your cooking convenience; and a wood burner heater to snuggle up in front of in the winter months. Also there is a fold out couch to sleep the kids or extra guest. With beautiful views over the dam This lovely retreat will offer you time to relax and recharge. Pets welcome. The space The Cottage is located next to the main house over looking our back dam. We have two sheep ,dogs, cats ! All very social. two large Dams one in the front paddock and one in the back which the cottage overlooks. room to have a ride on your push bike or just have a walk around. If you are a dirt bike rider/MT bike rider we can store bikes in the big shed . All dirt bike riders must have rec registration if you are to ride in the near by bushland. If you are bringing your dog they are welcome to socialize with our three kelpies who are free to roam our land most of the time. And all other animals are good with dogs. Your pet is allowed to stay in the cottage as we don't supply a kennel etc. All pet owners are expected to be responsible for their pet/pets at all times. we are happy for them to stay on the property while you go out but please inform us if they are going to be left. All bedding/linen is included and some basic's such as cooking oil spray, salt/pepper, paper towel, coffee, tea, sugar. We bug bomb regularly and clean with eco friendly products. Guest access you are welcome to walk around our ten acres or ride your push bike, sit by the Dams, talk to the animals etc. Let your dog have a run and of course play with our dogs who will most likely insist on it LOL. If you would like to have a camp fire please talk to us first as we can set it up for you and we are also up to date with the fire restrictions. It is normally a no open flame policy from November to March. We hope you will enjoy your stay with us and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
