Villa Pachakis

Mr. Pachakis was building this holiday villa on two levels partly with natural stones in the traditional Cretan as well his personal style. The house plot with a wonderful garden of wild nature is 400sqm on an undeveloped area of 3500sqm. The house is quiet located but still very central. Through a covered terrace, made of natural stone, you come into the open plan kitchen with large dining table and the living area with open fireplace. The glass patio door in the living area leads to the second covered terrace and the garden. A guest toilet with washing machine is also located on the ground floor. The bedrooms with double beds (one of them also usable as 2 single beds), as well as the bathroom with shower are located on the upper floor. For a 5th person we put an extra bed in the bedroom with the single beds. From the hallway you reach also the balcony with a beautiful view of Pitsidia and its surroundings.
