House Ficula Vell is ideally located at only 20m from the sea with very easy access to the sea, in a quite area, at 5 mn walk to a sandy beach, to restaurants and shops. The house has panoramic views to the sea, the coast and a protected landscape. The house consists of 2 adjoining dwellings: Ficula Vell A (3 double bedrooms) and Ficula Vell B (2 double bedrooms). Up to 6 people, the price includes Ficula Vell A and the use of Ficula Vell B requires an additional price of 300 euros. The space The house is ideal for one or 2 families willing to share holidays while keeping enough intimacy, and those appreciating tranquility, snorkeling, diving, fishing or walking. Small supermarket, restaurants as well as the wonderful sandy beach of Arenal d'en Castell are only few minute walk from the house. A golf course is only 10km away from the house. The house is made of 2 adjacent houses (Ficula Vell A and B) connected through the external terraces and an internal patio giving access to an upper terrace. Ficula Vell (A and B) is offered as a single house. House Ficula Vell A has 3 double bedrooms, each with panoramic sea views and 2 bathrooms. House Ficula Vell B has 2 double bedrooms with one full bathroom. The kitchens are open to the dining-living rooms which give access to the terrace, private swimming pool and garden through large French door-windows. Guest access For groups of maximum 6 people the base price includes the use of Ficula Vell A only. The use of Ficula Vell B requires an additional payment of 300 euros. Other things to note Normally the house is rented from Saturdays to Saturdays. The price includes change of home towel and bed linen every week, the cleaning at the arrival and upon departure, garden maintenance and utilities. Additional cleaning can be organised with the house manager. The rates are for a party of 2 people. For additional people above 4, a rate of 175 euro/week should be added.
