Welcome to Villa Doluca! Our villa is situated at the top of Esentepe village enjoying a fresh breeze in hot summer months and truly amazing sea views of the Cypriot north coast all year round! This 3 bedroom (2 double and 1 twin), 2 bathroom villa can accommodate up to 6 people. There is AC in all rooms and the villa is very well equipped throughout. The space Upon arriving at Villa Doluca, you will quickly be dragged towards the back terrace facing the Mediterranean sea and accommodating the enjoyable 8 x 4 meter swimming pool. All the outside spaces are set in luxurious well kept gardens which truly makes the place your small heaven. Next to the pool is a sun deck with umbrellas and loungers to relax. Overlooking the pool area is a pergola which is complemented by a stone BBQ as well as a traditional oven, perfect for al fresco dining and some great BBQ evenings. Accommodation as follows: Bedroom 1 - (ground floor) Double bed,built in wardrobe, bedside tables A/C Bedroom 2 - (ground floor) Twin beds, built in wardrobe, bedside tables A/C Master Bedroom - (First Floor) King size bed, bedside tables, dressing Table, A/C, through arch to dressing area, built in Wardrobe then en suite with shower, WC and wash basin. This room has triple aspect with double patio doors onto private balcony furnished with table and 2 chairs to grab an even more panoramic sunset over the sea. 2 Bathrooms (1 family, 1 en suite) Kitchen - dishwasher, fridge Freezer, cooker, toaster, all cooking utensils needed in cupboards (we love cooking so our kitchen is very well equipped). Steps down to.. Lounge - 3 large 2 seater sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV with DVD with a small selection of films. Beautiful dining table and 6 chairs for great breakfasts or lunches during hot days! Triple aspect with 2 patio doors leading out onto terrace with table and chairs. Amazing place overlooking the private pool and side gardens with the sea and skyline as the backdrop. Utility room - washing machine, sink, fitted cupboards. Large 1st floor terrace from upstairs landing. Pool/sun terrace with 8 sun loungers with mattresses, a deck with 2 large parasols for added shade, as well as a smaller portable parasol. Uninterrupted views throughout. Pergola - Dining area - Table & 6 chairs, surrounded by shrubs for more shade and intimacy, large stone BBQ and traditionnal oven, overlooking the pool and sun terrace. 8 x 4 metre private pool Free Wifi. All bedding, towels and pool towels provided. To give you time to settle in our small heaven we supply a COMPLIMENTARY food/drink pack, so that you can unpack without having to rush to the supermarket which is only 5 minute drive away from the property. The natural setting of the villa is truly enchanting with the beautiful Besparmak mountains as a backdrop and the 180" panoramic sea views at the front. I fell in love with the beauty and peacefulness of this place and if you are looking for peace and quiet in a romantic setting you have found the right place. Being at the top of Esentepe village gives privacy and tranquility but the village center is only a 10 minute stroll down with a nice social life, a few bars and cafes. Whether you want to purely relax by the pool and gaze at the views, visit one of the many beaches and sandy coves, play at the Korenium Golf and Country Club, visit Turtle Beach to witness the rare sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs... Villa Doluca is the perfect place to stay. Esentepe is also perfectly set on the greater scale of the island if you wish to visit Girne (25 min drive), Famagusta (one hour drive) or the enchanting Karpaz peninsula (80 min drive).
