Description
The space This 200 m² apartment is located in a historic building dating back to 1925 and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms (three of which are en suite). Completely renovated in early 2017, it has been lovingly decorated to make your stay cozy and is equipped with all the amenities such as air conditioning throughout the apartment, TV in every room, bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap), high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for teleworking, and is fully furnished and equipped for temporary residential use. Facing south, it is incredibly bright. It is available to rent for months and long stays, so please do not hesitate to request a quote. The stay is formalized through an individualized short-term rental contract, in accordance with Article 3 of the L.A.U. (Urban Leasing Law). It will be necessary to prove the temporary nature of the stay (cultural reasons, work, studies, health, teleworking, or other causes), as well as to determine in writing the exact duration of the stay, without automatic extension. LIVING/DINING ROOM Large 60 m² living/dining room with a balcony overlooking the street and large windows that flood the room with natural light. It has a dining table for eight people and a relaxation area where you can enjoy a large TV. BEDROOMS Four bedrooms (three of them with en-suite bathrooms), with built-in wardrobes and TV. BATHROOMS Four spacious bathrooms, one of which is adapted for disabled guests, two with showers and one with a bathtub. We provide gel, shampoo, conditioner, body milk, hand soap, and a hairdryer. KITCHEN Spacious and modern kitchen equipped with all the appliances you may need during your stay, such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and iron. It also has basic kitchenware and utensils for temporary residential use, such as glasses, cups, wine glasses, pots and pans of various sizes, bowls, serving dishes, etc., to make you feel at home. TERRACE 60 m2 of terrace to enjoy! It has a table with chairs for lunch or dinner, a seating area with a sofa and two armchairs, and two sun loungers for sunbathing. Next to the sun loungers, there is a shower to cool off. Although the apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, you will enjoy a tranquility and silence that is hard to imagine. Other things to note Check-in will take place between 4:00 p.m. and midnight. Check-out will be before 11:00 a.m. In order to comply with Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of document registration and information of travelers to the State Security Forces in accommodation activities, all guests will be asked to fill out the relevant official forms in this regard. The formalization of the lease requires the signing of a seasonal contract by both parties before check-in, which will state the temporary reason justifying the stay and the agreed duration.
