You will appreciate the charm, comfort, brightness (south facing), large garden and location of our house: you can access the large beach of Trestraou (900 m), the port (900 m) and the city center of Perros-Guirec (500 m) on foot, Ploumanac'h 5 km away. With its 4 large bedrooms, our house is ideal for large families (2 families can also live there without problem) or couples with children. We also provide all baby equipment. The space The house has the character of a Breton farmhouse. It is completely renovated, very healthy, very functional, very well equipped and very well located: beach, city center, port within walking distance. Ploumanac'h is right next door and the main tourist sites of the pink granite coast are less than 10 km away (Tregastel, Pleumeur-Baudou...). The rooms are very large, so you can come with a baby and have them sleep in one of the rooms with you if you like (we have a baby crib with a good mattress). The house is ideal for large families (e.g. grandparents, parents, children) or couples (4 couples or 2 couples with children, for example). For series lovers, you'll also have access to Netflix and Prime Video. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and all amenities. We simply closed the garage and 2 cupboards to store our few belongings. Other things to note The bedding is very good. We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and we wash them at the end of the stay. Likewise, full cleaning at the end of the stay is also taken care of. We simply ask our guests to leave the house in a good condition with the "bulk" of the cleaning done.
