The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in the municipality of Varna, less than 2 km from the beautiful historic center of Bressanone. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious and complete with shower and bidet. The apartment faces west and north, with a north-facing balcony. There is no air-conditioning. BrixenCard is included. The space The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV and has a Netflix account. Parking in front of the house and WiFi are free. We provide sheets and towels. To make your stay more comfortable, we have chosen natural materials. Upon arrival you will find fresh fruit and nuts, as well as everything you need for a simple breakfast. Guest access The rent includes the entire apartment. It is possible to check-in by yourself in order to be completely independent and flexible. Other things to note Upon your arrival you will receive the BrixenCard for free with numerous benefits: free use of public transport, free access to the aquarena and to almost all museums in South Tyrol.
