Guest access Ground Floor: Entrance via the rear hall leads through to the open-plan kitchen/dining area with a Smeg double oven and seven gas hob rings, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area seats 10 guests and there is a separate utility room with a washing machine and heated drying rack, and a cloakroom/WC. From the main hallway is a pantry and three separate reception rooms; a snug with 55 inch television, a games room with a ¾ size snooker table; and a comfortable sitting room with open fire. First Floor: All five spacious bedrooms feature Hypnos zip and Link cashmere beds, USB charging points and hairdryers. Bedroom one has a 6' super-king bed (can be configured as twin 3' single beds on request) and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and free-standing bath with handheld shower attachment. Bedroom two and three both feature a 6' super-king bed (can be configured as twin 3' single beds on request). Bedroom four has a 6' super-king bed (can be configured as twin 3' single beds on request) and en-suite shower room with walk in shower. Bedroom five has a 5' king-size bed (can be configured as twin 2'6 single beds on request). The family bathroom features a large shower and free-standing bath with views over the deer parkland. Outside: An old copper beech tree stands proudly in the middle of the large lawned area. Garden furniture, Weber barbecue and tools for guests use. Sweeping driveway and ample parking for at least five cars.
