Holly Oak Sanctuary is an amazing place to stay and is surrounded completely by woodlands, making it ideal for families who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of their busy lives. Relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of your own holiday cottage. The space Holly Oak Sanctuary consists of three separate detached accommodations enclosing a central decked platform surrounded by oak and holly trees. Its location is tranquil, serene and set in 14 acres of private grounds. Facilities offered to guests include shared use of a tennis court with basket ball and badminton markings, a petanque court and outdoor table tennis. The main accommodation has a modern kitchen/diner, two bedrooms, each have a double bed ( the Master has an en-suite shower), two separate shower rooms and a bathroom with a roll top cast iron bath. The master bedroom has a private balcony looking on to woodlands. Please note that we provide 1 toilet roll per bathroom and request that guests bring their own toiletries such as soap, shampoo etc. The second accommodation has a master bedroom with king size bed, a garden sitting room with glass folding doors opening onto balconies with views across the countryside and the sea. There is an infra -red sauna room with a deep soaking Japanese bath tub, perfect for relaxing after a game of tennis or a long country walk. The third cottage consists of a pyramid shaped bedroom room with a king size bed, and guests will have to share the bathroom facilities in the other cottages. This can be used as a 3rd bedroom or is perfect as children's den or playroom. The central decking area links all the three cottages and is equipped with a dining table with chairs and benches, a Green Egg charcoal BBQ, and an outside shower cubicle. Holly Oak Sanctuary is surrounded by woodland enclosed with gates. It provides a secure outdoor space for young children and pets. The car park can accommodate three cars and can accommodate a maximum of eight guests and 4 pets. CANCELLATION POLICY 100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. Guest access All access details and maps of surrounding area will be provided on booking. Other things to note Please note, the cottage has a Green Egg charcoal BBQ. All cooking utensils are supplied however we ask that you please bring your own charcoal with you. The coffee machine is a Delonghi, bean to cup machine. Many thanks.
