Huge apartment occupying the whole of the first floor of a Victorian villa. 3 bedrooms, 2 large receptions rooms, sleeps 12 on beds, 4 on sofa beds. 5 min walk to Sefton Park, 2 min walk to Lark Lane with its famous bars and restaurants. 2.5 miles to city centre. Excellent transport links to city centre by train or bus. 10 mins drive from Airport. Plenty of parking and use of garden area. Two showers and a jacuzzi bath. Lots of space to relax. Stag and hen groups welcome. The space This huge self contained apartment occupies the whole of the first floor of a large detached Victorian Villa, only 5 minutes walk from the lively Lark lane area. It is perfect for large groups of friends or family coming to explore the city. We also welcome Stag, Hen and birthday weekend groups who plan to use the apartment as a base for partying out and about in the city centre, provided they read and understand the house rules. Please read our many 5* reviews if you want to get an idea of the sort of groups who have enjoyed their stays here. The apartment has a huge floor area of approximately 150m2 and features a spacious lounge with plenty of room for everyone to relax. There is a 52" TV, Cinema Surround DVD/Blu Ray system, and an XBox with a wide selection of games. There is also a separate, good sized dining room next to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, stainless steel worktops, dish washer, fridge freezer and washing machine, and is well equipped to cater for longer stays for up to 16 people. All towels and bed linen are professionally laundered to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is also a selection of toiletries, iron and ironing board and hair dryer provided. The main bedroom is approx 30m2 and features 3 king sized and 2 singles. It also has it's own sink and large wardrobe. Bedroom 2 also has it's own sink and wardrobe and is equipped with a king sized bed and a cot. Bedroom 3 features a king sized bed and leads off bedroom 2. The main bathroom features a whirlpool bath with a shower and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet and a separate shower room. The large front garden is very private and gets the sun nearly all day but has shaded areas as well. There is some off road parking and as much free street parking as you could need. You could easily bring up to 10 cars and have no trouble parking. We have another self contained apartment available in the same house on the floor above this one. Large parties may want to book both if they are available. The city centre with it's famed nightlife, shops and rich culture is a 5 minute taxi ride away. Lark Lane is just around the corner and is a great place to go for a relaxed meal or a drink. The famous Sefton Park is a 235 acre park created in Victorian times. There is a Tesco Metro less than 5 minutes walk away as well as a good selection of other shops nearby. There are a number of great beaches within 10 to 15 miles, with excellent public transport links. The North Wales coast and Snowdonia National Park are about an hour's drive away and are perfect for a day out if you're looking for a break from the city. Anfield and Goodison Park are under 4 miles away. It's a great location for a city break in Liverpool because everything is easily accessible by car or public transport and the neighbourhood itself is one of the most popular places to live in the city. We ourselves have lived in the area for over 25 years. Guest access The villa is split in 3 separate self contained apartments. This apartment occupies the whole of the first floor. The houses in this neighbourhood are all very large, and most are split into at least 6 or 8 apartments. This house is unusual as it has been split into just 3 very spacious self contained apartments. We live in the lower apartment which occupies the ground floor and basement, and we rent the top floor apartment out on Air BnB as well. There is off road parking for one or two cars and unlimited free street parking. Our apartment has it's own separate entrance so you won't see us unless you want to ask us anything. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is on the first floor of a Victorian villa. There is no lift, so less mobile guests may struggle with the stairs.
