Ask for confirmation of the price before booking The space The cottage is very comfortable for 4 couples (8 adults) and 8 teenage children. We do not want and can accommodate more than 12 adults. The mattresses at the top of the super laid beds are only for children. Young people under 25 years old between them not accepted. There are 4 master bedrooms with 160 cm double beds and 2 dormitory bedrooms for teenage children, each with 4 90 cm bunk beds. Noise is acceptable but unlimited alcohol nights are IMPOSSIBLE!!!! NO PARTY ORGANIZATION We offer the rental of household linen, sheets, towels and washcloths (€15/bed). The beds are not made. The weekday nightly rate is only valid with Saturday night included. Ask for a rate for a stay from Monday to Friday. A rate offered by the site at less than €500 the stay is an error! regardless of the number of nights. Please request confirmation of the rate each time before making a reservation. Heating is included in the rate from November 1 to March 31. After this period, participation may be requested. The SPA is reserved for adults. It can't be the children's pool. (too dangerous and too fragile) fenced and unheated pool. Our cottages are primarily large family houses in the countryside, with a large capacity. The overall price for a week may seem high, but when it is divided by the number of people or couples accommodated, it remains deliberately reasonable. It is therefore important to clarify that this is not luxury or high-end accommodation. We favor space, friendliness, the charm of old houses, and country living. Over the years, we have also noticed that the expectations of vacationers are changing. Fortunately, the vast majority of reviews are very positive, but some comments have prompted us to clarify a few points before check-in: • We are in the countryside. So you may come across a few flies, spiders, wood bugs, or other small creatures. The houses are cleaned between each stay, but they are large, old, stone, rustic houses: they cannot have the sanitized appearance of a new apartment. • The kitchens are equipped to accommodate large families, to cook and share good meals, but they are obviously not intended to offer the equipment of a professional kitchen. • The games are there to be used and to entertain young and old. Some have already seen many summers and naturally show some signs of use. A children's game may also have lost a ball or an accessory over the years: we prefer to keep this family spirit rather than always wanting to offer new or professional equipment. • The houses are not air-conditioned. Like many old stone houses, however, they keep the cool quite well when doors, windows, and shutters are kept closed during the hottest hours. • The park is very wooded, which provides a lot of shade and also gives it all its charm. This also means that the wind can deposit some leaves or small insects in the pool between cleanings. The pool is of course maintained and cleaned regularly. Finally, in the busy season, Saturdays are particularly busy days for us, with departures, cleaning, and preparing the houses for new arrivals. We therefore ask that you please respect the indicated departure and arrival times so that we can welcome each family in the best possible way. Our main wish is that everyone has a good vacation and arrives at our place knowing exactly what type of stay we offer: a large family house in the countryside, simple, friendly and lively, with its qualities but also the little peculiarities that are part of rural life. If you are primarily looking for very modern, air-conditioned accommodation with upscale amenities or that meets hotel standards, our rental may simply not be the most suitable for your expectations, and we prefer to make this clear in all sincerity before your stay. On the other hand, if you are looking for space, tranquility, a large garden, a swimming pool and a house where you can gather with family or friends, we will be very happy to host you.
