Fully restored charming residence, 6 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 couples and 8 children. Merline is the perfect place for a vacation with family or friends. The covered terrace allows you to eat outside. Fenced swimming pool. The 6-hectare garden in one piece overlooks the valley and the village of Beauville. The 450 m2 barn has been converted into a games room, soccer field, billiards, basketball and SPA. Lots of outdoor games, petanque. Ask for a price before booking! The space The cottage is very comfortable for 4 couples (8 adults) and 8 teenage children. We do not wish to and cannot accommodate more than 12 adults. The top mattresses of the bunk beds are only made for children. Young people under 25 years old are not accepted. There are 4 master bedrooms with double beds and 2 teen children's dormitory bedrooms with 4 bunk beds each. Noise is acceptable but unlimited alcoholic evenings are IMPOSSIBLE!!!! NO PARTY ORGANIZATION We offer the rental of household linen, sheets, towels and washcloths (€15/bed). The beds are not made. The weekday nightly rate is only valid with Saturday night included. Ask for a rate for a stay from Monday to Friday. A rate offered by the site of less than €500 per stay is a mistake! regardless of the number of nights. Please request confirmation of the price each time before making a reservation. Heating is included in the rate from November 1 to March 31. Beyond this period, participation may be requested. No, not all games are new and come from Decathlon and I don't count the kids' pool balls to be sure there are enough... These are kids' games and not professional bar games. No, there is no air conditioning. In summer, just keep the doors closed to keep the freshness inside. The park is filled with tall trees, so yes there may be some leaves or insects in the pool. It is cleaned every week. We have very tight timing in high season on Saturdays. Check-in and checkout times must therefore be respected.
