Situated across the road from beach with fabulous views to Dunk Island and beyond to the Family Group of Islands. Ohana has been thoughtfully furnished and is well equipped to ensure your holiday is one of ease and relaxation. The space The open plan living dining kitchen area look across the front garden to the Coral Sea, Dunk Island and beyond. You can relax on the front verandah taking in the view whilst watching the children play on the beach. Comprising of 3 bedrooms there is a king size bed in the main bedroom with ensuite. You will enjoy waking to the sunrise or watching the moon rise across the Coral Sea as you doze off to the sound of the waves lapping the shore. The 2nd bedroom offers a double bed whilst there is a single bed in the 3rd bedroom. A new edition to Ohana is a fabulous pool. This you will enjoy taking a dip after your morning walk or why not relax and watch the moon rise over Dunk Island. Picture perfect.... Ohana offers air conditioning. Not that air conditioning will be necessary. Open the windows and doors and let the cool sea breezes drift in. If you are wishing to bring your own boat you will have ample of room to park the boat in the rear garden. Choice of 2 boat ramps are available to you. The beachside boat ramp or the Hull River Boat Ramp both only minutes’ drive from Ohana. We know you will enjoy your stay… and we know you will return to stay again at Ohana… Guest access You will have access to the entire property except for locked garage. Other things to note On departure the property must be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. In particular: - Dishes need to be washed, properly dried and stacked neatly away or dishwasher emptied. - Please remove any residual food from the fridge and pantry that you supplied during your stay. - BBQ is to be cleaned - Turn off all lights, fans and air conditioners, securely lock the premises, close and lock all windows and return keys to the key safe at the property, or to our office by 10.00am. All rubbish must be placed in the appropriate bin. Bins must not be overflowing.
