Available for rent: Three bedrooms (18 m², 15 m², 15 m²), ideal for families or groups of 1 to 6 people. Each bedroom has access to a private balcony, offering added comfort and privacy. Living-dining area and kitchen: The open-plan living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen invites you to relax and enjoy. From the living area, you can access the spacious west-facing terrace with a stunning panoramic view of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains. Kitchen amenities: Refrigerator, oven, induction stove, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils are provided, so you can cook as you wish. Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms (10 m² and 3.5 m²) offer ample space for all guests. This is my private apartment, where three rooms and the living-dining area are available for guest use. Other things to note Note on the Apartment’s Interior The apartment features a carefully curated selection of vintage designer furniture, some of which is over 30 years old. These pieces may show natural patina and sometimes appear used – this is part of their unique charm. Please note that all furniture is well-maintained and thoroughly cleaned. The exterior blinds are fixed in position due to technical reasons and cannot be adjusted. The apartment does not have air conditioning. However, a portable fan is available in each room for your comfort.
