Villa with private pool, garden and courtyard

Spacious villa of 130 m2 on a plot of 800 m2 fully equipped, with living room, dining room, equipped American kitchen, three air-conditioned bedrooms with 140 cm bed and one with 160 cm bed, with large closets, air-conditioned office equipped with 90 cm bunk beds, bathroom (bathtub) and toilet, bathroom with Italian shower, toilet, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, garage. The swimming pool is not overlooked, reserved for your sole use and subject to the prefectural decrees in force. The space You will have access to several areas, all of which are private: a large wooded garden; an 8 m x 4 m swimming pool, 1.65 m deep and protected by an alarm; a large terrace adjoining the house and the swimming pool, with a barbecue at your disposal; a shaded terrace under an olive tree to provide some coolness on very hot days; and a courtyard with parking for three vehicles. Indoor spaces are non-smoking. No pets are allowed. Rental periods run from Saturday to Saturday. Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide a €1,500 deposit cheque, as well as proof of holiday insurance.
