Ideal for longer-term stays, please contact us if you are interested and we can look at long-term discounts or for regular visitors (e.g. Relocation, insurance, corporate or contractors bookings). Being well travelled for business and pleasure myself both with and without my children I know what it takes to make a place homely for both adults and kids alike and that is my aim for all of our properties, to create a home away from home for all. Airyhall House is an established family home (although it is exclusively for our guests use only). It has recently been renovated specifically to improve it for guests so meets our very high standards and I guarantee will be ideal for you and your family/friends to enjoy without anything at all to worry about. As with all of our properties, our objective is to provide somewhere I would want to (and used to when I was setting it up) stay with my children. Good quality furniture, linen, towels and soft furnishings are provided throughout and brand new Silentnight 3 Zone Memory Foam mattresses are provided on beds with mattress protectors (which have received excellent reviews from 100s of client reviews and countless others from other booking sites, many people saying it is the best nights sleep they have ever had). Built from Aberdeens' famous granite around the turn of the 2nd world war, this great corner plot gets sunshine in the garden, accessed directly from the family dining room patio doors, for most of the day. Outside seating is provided. Significant renovations and updating have taken place to modernise including; fully rewired, kitchen/dining room extended, cloakroom and family bathroom recently installed. We are in a very quiet street, so minimal passing traffic. Below is a brief summary of what the property has to offer: Front house: Space for 2-3 cars on the drive plus free street parking. Ground floor: Hallway with coat hangers and ample space for shoe storage in storage cupboard. Bedroom 4 - Bedroom with a double bed, bedside cabinet / lamp and open wardrobe. Shower room with walk-in shower enclosure, toilet, wash hand basin and towel rail. 1st door to the right: BEDROOM 5 - DOUBLE BEDROOM. This used to be our lounge but have converted it to a large double room. Bedside cabinets/lamps, clothes storage and seating. Wall-mounted TV with NETFLIX. 1st door to the left, under the stairs: a cloakroom toilet with wash hand basin and storage unit. Next to the left: modern, open plan kitchen dining lounge with THREE X 2-3 seater black leather sofas providing ample seating to form a beautiful area to prepare meals with company and dine in with lovely views into the bright garden and direct access via the double French doors. Dining table and chairs enabling 6 persons to be comfortably seated. Iron, cleaning products/utensils provided. Very well equipped; a range of pans, casserole dishes, etc. Dining table. Selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate is provided. Stairs from the hallway leading to 1st Floor. Bedroom 1 (upstairs front) - King Bed with built-in sliding wardrobes, bedside cabinets & lamps, chest of drawers, mirror and hair drier. Bedroom 2 (upstairs rear) - Double Bed with bedside cabinets & lamps, beautiful makeup desk & mirror. Bedroom 3 (upstairs front) - Double bed, built-in drawers and wardrobe, bedside cabinet, lamp and velux window. Family bathroom - Recently renovated beautiful designer bathroom with large bathtub, separate power shower, wash hand basin and large towel radiator. Excellent quality brand new bedding is provided throughout and all are fitted with mattress/pillow protectors. Outside: Spacious back garden is very secluded and private due to being fenced and there is a seating area. NOTE: Unlike many serviced accommodation operators we have central heating controlled by a HIVE room thermostat to maintain a cosy temperature, NOT ones which switch off after 2 hours so places can get very cold when going out of the place for a few hours or every night. IMPORTANT NOTE: STRICTLY 5 ADULTS MAXIMUM - this is to rule out bookings from large non-family groups (folks coming to the area to party!). I have had to remove guests in the past, police involved, etc and have measures in place to prevent this occurring again so please do not try to book unless you are the right type of guest. Guest access Only persons included in the booking allowed into the house unless related to care etc which can be discussed on booking. Guests have access to all parts of the property apart from the loft and shed. Bedrooms not used will be locked. Please contact us directly for long term stay discounts, etc. Pets Policy: Number and types of pet allowed are strict on request and at our discretion and subject to agreement of our 'pets T&Cs'. Please contact us with requirements before booking. Entry: Strictly only persons booked into the apartment are allowed in unless by agreement with myself. Check-in: Please note we use a self-check-in service which allows a good level of check-in for guests arriving late. Although I do try to meet guests whenever possible please note it is not policy to greet guests on arrival but I always ask guests to contact me once they are into the place and to confirm that everything is to their satisfaction.
