All professional activities are prohibited in the premises. • Subletting prohibited: Under no circumstances may the house be sublet or made available to third parties. • Respect for quiet hours: In order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, noise disturbances are not allowed after 10 p.m. • Insurance: Guests must have insurance covering, in particular, rental risks, damage caused by fire or water damage, and any claims by neighbors. It is also recommended to check that the furniture and personal belongings brought in during the stay are properly insured. • Number of guests: The number of people present at the property may under no circumstances exceed the number indicated at the time of booking, except with the owner's prior agreement.
