LIVING AREA The unbelievably stylish main living room has a long sofa that converts to two single beds (80x190cm). There is also a television in the living room which receives cable stations but you won’t be watching much tv when you see that view! DEN Located off the living room (with Eiffel Tower views) the den can be closed off by a door to create the third private sleeping area. It has a top-of-the-line sofa bed that converts into 2 single beds. You won’t want to close the curtains TERRACE & VIEW Both the living room and den open up onto a wrought-iron terrace with tables and chairs from which to take in the to-die-for views. Breakfast, reading, lunch, dinner… you could stay there all day. KITCHEN & DINING AREA The spacious kitchen includes a dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, a full-size refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso machine as well as a drip coffee maker and a toaster and comes is fully-equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, utensils and glassware. The adjoining dining area seats 6 comfortably around a stylish glass table. MASTER BEDROOM The super stylish master bedroom has a queen bed (160cm wide) flat-screen television. BEDROOM 2 The 2nd bedroom two single beds (80x190cm) that can be zipped together to form a queen size bed. BATHROOM 1 The first bathroom has a bathtub-shower combination and double sinks. BATHROOM 2 The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower, dual sinks and a toilet. There is a second toilet (or WC) between the bathrooms. AIR-CON & HEATING Three powerful mobile air conditioners cool the apartment beautifully during the warmer months and two efficient portable fans are also provided. Central heating will keep you warm during the cooler months. The apartment is located on the 6th floor (7th floor American) with an elevator. Guests have access to the entire apartment.
