The Location is fantastic - only 900 metres from Rothesay Bay shops which boasts over 5 restaurants and cafes together with takeaway retailers as well as excellent bus links to local amenities, Auckland City and beyond. Churchill Cove where you can swim is located a mere 5 minute walk from the suite, or if you prefer there is both Murrays Bay and Rothesay Bay within an easy 10-15minute walk utilising part of the beautiful cliff top walkway. The Apartments facilities include a full kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with a freezer compartment. There is also a compact laundry including washing machine and dryer. The Bathroom has a luxurious curved shower, wall hung vanity and a top of the range toilet complete with soft closing lid. Not to mention the fluffy towels, his/her bathrobes, complementary toiletries and hairdryer. The living area includes the main entrance, a separate Dining area and lounge with sliding door out to private patio area and gardens beyond. The Master bedroom is a separate room located off the living area with a King Size bed, luxurious cotton sheets and again has a views over the garden. Rollaway bed available if required.
