From this living area you can access a large terrace (with table and chairs for 8 people), overlooking your pool. The spacious kitchen offers all the comforts for self-catering. In addition to a dishwasher, you will find a microwave and a fridge-freezer combination. In addition, there is a double bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor. From this bedroom you have a view of the pool. A bright modern bathroom with shower tub completes the ground floor. A spacious staircase leads to the first floor of your Ca'n Jaume vacation home. Here you will find three spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds. In each of the bedrooms you will find large built-in closets. From one of the two bedrooms you can access a large balcony with pool views. The third bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed and also has access to the balcony. This bedroom has a very bright, large en-suite bathroom. In this bathroom you will find a shower, a separate bathtub and a double sink. The house offers all the comfort for a relaxing family vacation. Spend relaxing hours by the private pool or on the white, fine sandy beach, which you can reach in 2 minutes on foot. In the district of Las Maravillas you will find restaurants, cafés, restaurants, German medical practices and pharmacies. The 8 km long, fine sandy bay invites you to take a stroll along the promenade. From here you can easily reach the old town of Palma by bus. Party groups are not allowed in this house.
