A quick walk will get you to the beach where you can enjoy swimming in the turquoise clear waters. If rock and jetty fishing is your thing then bait and supplies are available from the local deli. Otherwise, you can buy fish and chips and eat them on the beach. This home features 3 generous size bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen lounge and dining with high ceilings, and large windows allowing an abundance of light to flood the home. Kitchen complete with breakfast bar, stove, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and coffee machine. Comfortable sleepy lounge with flat-screen TV and combustion heater for those winter months. Other features include reverse cycle air conditioning, a large outside deck, and an alfresco area. Seven on Scenic is only 2km from the award-winning Leonards Mill restaurant and is within easy reach of Normanville, Yankalilla, Wirrina, and Deep Creek Conversation Park.
