Two-Bedroom Apartment in Collioure

Our two bedroom apartment can sleep up to six people. There are two double beds and a pull out sofa bed that is ok for smaller children but likely not very comfortable for two adults. The location is perfect with access to the beach, restaurants and shops only steps away. Enjoy the well stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings that make your holiday as comfortable as home. The space The apartment is 70m2. There is a comfortable living room, a kitchen with separate eating area and dining table, a bathroom with sink and shower, a toilet room and two bedrooms. There are three steps leading down into the living room and 1st bedroom. There are also three steps on the other side leading down to the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen, living room and 1st bedroom have windows to the outside. The 2nd bedroom has windows near the ceiling for ventilation but no outside windows. The building is 170 years old and does not have any air conditioning. Guest access The building is located in a pedestrian zone and no cars are allowed in after 11:00am. This means you can only load luggage at your departure. Parking is available in the municipal lots in the town. The closest lot is 250m from our building. Parking instructions and walking directions are provided with your confirmation. The apartment is self-catered. You will be provided with an individual code to collect the keys from the key box at our private door. Other things to note Bed sheets and towels are not included. You can arrange to rent a linen pack for €20 per bed, per stay. Due to the fact that we live outside of the country we do require our guests to complete a booking application. This will collect the names of the people staying at the apartment and an acknowledgement of our terms and conditions.
