It combines a contemporary, modern design with natural stone walls. Wooden elements and zen colours combined with light elements and spacious views through glass walls from top to bottom create a wonderful light and open atmosphere. From the moment you enter the villa, you will be awestruck by the stunning sea views that you can enjoy from every window and terrace. This villa invites you to unwind and have a relaxing holiday! This luxurious and spacious, 4 bedroom (all en suite) villa blends in perfectly with its surroundings on the hillside community in which it is set. From three terraces, the villa overlooks the Mediterranean sea. It is located on a quiet part of Monte Los Almendros. You also can enjoy these incredible views to the sea and the hillside from the heated, infinity pool which has a cascade and Roman steps. No doubt you will be enticed to spend hours relaxing in it! Please join us for a small tour through the villa: At road level, there is a private, open parking area for one car and a garage for 2-3 cars. A set of steps leads up to the pool terrace and the entrance porch that welcomes you into the villa. Before you put the key in the lock of the door, you will already be greeted by a breath taking view to the sea. You will immediately feel that this is a villa to relax and enjoy! On the entrance level, the open plan living room features high ceilings, wooden stairs perched on designer threads, a dining area and an integrated, modern kitchen and a guest toilet. Beautiful designer lights function as hanging jewels in this open area with uninterrupted views to the Mediterranean. The sitting area offers everything for a cosy evening: a wood burning, fire place and a huge, comfortable sofa for eight people. There is a satellite TV with more than 130 channels in many languages, wireless WIFI and a inside sound system with two speakers (connection via bluetooth). The dining area offers you a comfortable dining table for eight and a modern, highly equipped kitchen with a cooking island. This island has at its end some bar stools, where you can sit to chat with the cook and overlook the sea view at the same time! Outside there is a large table with inviting chairs to wine and dine. Both the living area, as well as the modern kitchen, have large sliding glass doors that disappear into the wall when you open them so you can move seamlessly from inside to outside to meet the wonderful climate that the Costa Tropical of Granada offers through the year. There are automatic, shutters over the large sliding glass doors in the bedrooms, so you can let the sun shine in or make the room dark as you wish. The entrance level also contains three, good sized bedrooms with large wardrobes. Each room has a well equipped, ensuite bathroom with sink and walk-in rain shower. These three rooms each have each two single beds (each 90cm x 200 cm and in one room, the single beds can joined together). In all rooms you have great views from the bed and sliding glass doors, which give you direct access to the terrace. Waking up in this villa is a real pleasure! Via the wooden stairs hanging on designer threads, you reach the upper level which contains the extremely spacious master bedroom. To stay here is a wonderful experience. Not only is there a comfortable super king size bed (180 x 200 cm) but also a jacuzzi bath tub for two from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea. This master bedroom also has a walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, toilet and bidet. There is a small room, which is accessed via the master bedroom, which has a sofa that can be converted into a bed for two and a desk for that one moment when you may have to return to the real world. The master bedroom has its own terrace with design arm chairs, which overlooks the terrace of the living area and the pool area. The pool area has the pool, a wide terrace with sun beds and a gas barbecue. The large, heatable pool (11 x 3,5 m) with cascade is clad with beautiful black mosaic tile that attracts the sun rays and warms the water naturally. Built-in steps make it easier to gradually enter the water. On the terrace, there is an area with an inviting pergola and chairs so you can chill and enjoy the amazing views and the sunsets. There is also a table for eight (additional chairs ca be added) so you can enjoy great meals and barbecues next to the pool. This amazing villa has many extras and details, so your comfort and enjoyment is guaranteed. The entire house has hot and cold air conditioning. A washing machine is available for you.A 15 minutes (2 minutes drive) walk from the villa you will find the recreational area of the community, in which this villa is located. Guests have complimentary use of the communal tennis court (please bring your own tennis equipement), pool, children´s pool, football pitch and playground. The beach, restaurants and shops are a 10 minute drive away. There is an easy access to Malaga, Granada or Almeria airport. If you can manage yourself away from this marvellous villa, there are lots to see and to do: the ski area of the Sierra Nevada where you can also enjoy great walking and hiking, is less than 75 minutes away, so you can ski during the morning (from November to April) and relax on the beach or at the pool in the afternoon.
